I took this photo at Ian's baptism, knowing that Ellie will be baptized later this year. These milestones are always a reminder of that strange time paradox, where the days sometimes feel like years, but the years feel like days. It seems like Robbie was just baptized, but there he is passing the sacrament. And when did these two get so old? I can totally picture the prom photos. I'm trying not to blink.

Gorgeous picture!!!! I hear ya! I was watching my daughter the other day at church who is now 4 and I realized, "Wow, she is a girl now. Not a baby. Where has the time gone?"
Ahh, so cute. I know, blink and you WILL be taking prom pics! I found myself just bawling today while reading "Ordinary Day" - it's really my new favorite book of all time!!
