Lesson learned

The kids all had another ski lesson today, and I had another snowboard lesson. Afterward we stayed to do a few runs together. We had a great time but did exactly one more run than we should have. The last run Ellie wanted to try the jumps the boys were doing, but was going so slow that she got stuck in the valley before the jump, and just stood there crying until I hiked half the hill to come and help her. She didn't stop crying until after we turned in our rentals. I was kicking myself because I almost called it a day on the previous run. Next time...
