And, dinner tonight:
It's the Pioneer Woman's Spaghetti and Meatballs. It's a little time consuming to make all the meatballs, but so worth it. I doubled it and froze three more dinners. You can use these for yummy meatball sandwiches too. Especially good with the cheese buns from Bakers de Normandie. The recipe is here. Only I used Hot Italian sausage and Mild Italian sausage (Colosimo's) instead of sausage and ground beef.

we might need to go drive down that mountain face in manti and blast their c.d. again. that's probably as close as i'm going to get, hahaha. so great.
She's got some great ones, we just had her lasagna last night. One of our very favorites is her Apple Dumplings with Mountain Dew. I also just did her pot pie, yummy. Her cookbook is beautiful too!
